What happens in "Not Done"

 A great video highlights this.

The key concept is

(1) Sprints are not mini-waterfalls. Anything that is not done goes back to project backlog. There is no carry-over, extensions, or overtime.

(2) Done means ready to release. There is not half-dones' or almost done.

(3) Not-done in product backlog could be

    (a) continued onto next sprint

    (b) post-poned

    (c) discarded
